Chicago Strike Force

The Chicago Strike Force is a national leader in prosecuting health care fraud, violations of the federal anti-kickback statute, money laundering schemes, and other complex fraud schemes.  Together with federal and state law enforcement partners, Chicago Strike Force prosecutors work to protect victims, hold criminals responsible, and recover proceeds of various fraudulent schemes. The Chicago Strike Force have investigated matters in the Northern District of Illinois involving the defrauding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Department of Labor Office of Workers’ Compensation, among other federal health care programs.
