The Office of Policy is responsible for all agency policy and regulatory review and development; internal and external communications; oversight of pro bono and legal orientation program activities; and legal education, research, and certifications. It also engages Government and private stakeholders through meetings, listening sessions, and the Model Hearing Program. The Office strives to maintain open communication among components through the efforts of the staff of the following divisions:
