Are you a Victim?

The Department of Justice will collect statements from individuals that believe they have been victims of fraud or are third-party purchasers affected by the recent charges filed against Benjamin Daneshgar, Saman Delafraz, and the seizure of goods from the Wireless World (Los Angeles) and MaxOutDealz (Delaware) warehouses in connection with Case Nos. 2:25-MJ-5544 and 2:25-CR-386 in the Central District of California.

Individuals, or their representatives, who wish to contact the Department of Justice are requested to provide as many details as possible in this questionnaire by September 30, 2026.
