Criminal Charge:

On September 26, 2024, Paul A. Bilzerian, Scott Rohleder, and Ignite International Brands, Ltd. (stock ticker: BILZF) were charged with various criminal violations of Title 18 of the United States Code.

According to the indictment, defendants Bilzerian, Rohleder, and Ignite International Brands, Ltd. committed crimes including, among others, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities fraud. The defendants have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
