Jonathan Bethune (a/k/a “Lord Smitty”), 40, was sentenced to 111 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release

Palwasha Shir, 35, faces up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and up to three years of supervised release. 

Scott Bagley, 61, faces up to 30 years in prison, a maximum fine of $1 million, and up to five years of supervised release on the bank fraud charges

Miguel Alfonzo Tapia-Gonzalez, 39, was sentenced to time served. 

Shawn Small, 29, was sentenced to 93 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. 

Mohammed Sultan Saleh, 21, faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the false statement charge

Jenna Garniss, 33, was sentenced to 61 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release.

Michael Nicholas, 47, faces up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and up to three years of supervised release.
