Kenneth Enrico, 47, of Bohemia, N.Y., has been sentenced to 12 years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. The Court left restitution open for a period not to exceed 90 days to facilitate the final identification of Enrico’s victims and their loss amounts.

An oral argument before the Court of Appeals has been scheduled for December 15, 2015, 09:00 AM for defendant(s) KENNETH ENRICO. These hearings are held before a panel of judges whose decisions are rendered in the form of a written legal opinion weeks or months after the oral argument. You will be advised of the outcome. The Court of Appeals is located at 56 Forsyth Street, NW, Atlanta.

On February 17, 2016, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals remanded the case back to the District Court for resentencing.  The District Court has scheduled a re-sentencing hearing for Mr. Enrico on May 9, 2016, at 9:30.

On May 9, 2016, the District Court sentenced Mr. Enrico to 96 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and to pay total restitution in the amount of $1,072,150.  In connection with this sentencing hearing, Mr. Enrico waived his right to file further appeals of his conviction and sentence.
