ALBANY, NEW YORK – United States Attorney Richard S. Hartunian, along with Andrew W. Vale, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Albany Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Ronald Whitsett, Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the New York Office of IRS-Criminal Investigation, will hold a news conference tomorrow, November 20, at 2:30 p.m., in the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The conference concerns the sentencing of Scott Valente, which is scheduled to take place in Albany on November 20, starting at 11 a.m., before the Hon. Gary L. Sharpe, U.S. District Judge.

Media has been granted permission to bring cameras and cell phones to the U.S. Attorney’s Office Second-Floor Conference Room.
