Meet the Executive Assistant United States Attorney

Manolo Reboso serves as the Executive Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. Manolo has over a decade of experience as a prosecutor and has tried over forty state and federal jury trials to verdict. In the Southern District of Florida, Manolo has served in the Office’s Appellate Division, Civil Division, General Crimes Section, Violent Crime and Special Victims Section, and Economic Crimes and Cyber Fraud Section. Manolo joined the Executive Division in January 2025 as First Assistant United States Attorney and continued his service in the Executive Division under U.S. Attorney Reding Quiñones as the Executive Assistant United States Attorney.

Manolo started his legal career by serving for six years as a state prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Manolo went into private practice for a few years where he focused on criminal defense and civil litigation, and then joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. Manolo received his undergraduate degree from Florida International University and law degree from Florida State University.
