Deputies recovered one round of 7.62 X 39 caliber ammunition and one round of 9mm caliber ammunition, more than $19,000 of cash in United States currency, cocaine, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia. Bagby will be arraigned on January 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Hugh B. Scott.

The indictment is the culmination of an investigation by the Erie County Sheriff’s Department, under the direction of Timothy Howard and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Delano A. Reid, New York Field Division.
