On Monday, November 13, 2023, Matthew Fisher, 50 years old, of South Wales, NY was arrested and charged by Criminal Complaint with possession of child pornography, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.  The Criminal Complaint alleges that on October 15, 2023, the defendant knowingly and unlawfully possessed child pornography.
