Important Notice

Counsel for Chapter 11 Debtors should be aware of the requirements of FRBP 2015.3 (Reports of Financial Information on Entities in Which a chapter 11 Estate Holds a Controlling or Substantial Interest), which reports must be filed with the Court seven (7) days prior to the meeting of creditors under 11 U.S.C. § 341, and every six months thereafter.
