Marina Lao Biography

Marina Lao

Marina Lao is Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, New Jersey, where she has taught since 1994. She has published widely in the area of antitrust law and policy. She recently received a Fulbright award to teach U.S. ANTITRUST LAW in the LL.M. program of the UNIVERSITY OF MUNICH, FACULTY OF LAW, in Fall 2007.

Professor Lao is currently the Chair-Elect of the Section on Antitrust Law of the American Association of Law Schools. She also previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, as a trial attorney under the Honors Program in 1980-1984.
