Andrew Finch is a Former Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division. He served as Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Antitrust Division from April 2017 until the confirmation of Makan Delrahim as AAG in September 2017. Previously, Andrew practiced antitrust law as a litigation partner in an international law firm. He previously served as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the Antitrust Division from 2003 to 2005. He holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis G. Jacobs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
