William H. Page Biography

William H. Page is Marshall M. Criser Eminent Scholar at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He has authored over forty articles and book chapters, primarily on antitrust law and economics, and is co-author (with John Lopatka) of the The Microsoft Case: Antitrust, High Technology, and Consumer Welfare (University of Chicago Press, forthcoming 2007). He is also co-author (with Joseph Bauer and John Lopatka) of Kintner's Federal Antitrust Law. He has served as chair of the Antitrust section of the Assocation of American Law Schools, and of the Antitrust Committee of the American Bar Association's Section on Adminstrative Law. He the Book Review and Paper Trail editor of The Antitrust Source, the online journal of the ABA Antitrust Section, and is the editor of The Antitrust Practitioner, the newsletter of the ABA Antitrust Section's Civil Practice and Procedure Committee. He was a trial attorney with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and has taught at Boston University and at Mississippi College, where he was the J. Will Young Professor of Law. He received his J.D summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico and his LL.M. from the University of Chicago.
