1108. Indictment Form—Use of Interstate Commerce Facilities in the Commission of Murder-for-Hire

On or about ____________, in the ____________________ District of ____________________ and elsewhere, the defendant ___________________________________ traveled in interstate commerce from ______________________________ in the State of ____________________ to ____________________ in the State of _________________ with intent that the murder of _____________________ be committed in violation of the laws of __________________________ as consideration for the receipt of, and as consideration for a promise and agreement to pay, things of pecuniary value, to wit: _________________________ ______________________________________________________________.

All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1958.
