2004. Aviation

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the Department of Transportation, including the regional attorneys thereof, refers directly to the appropriate United States Attorneys cases involving violations of the civil penalty provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended and as recodified in 1994. See 49 U.S.C. § 46301 et seq. (formerly 49 U.S.C. § 1471).
