I, DAVID A. GORR, being first duly sworn depose and state:
I am a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and have reason to believe that on the property or premises known as:
Vinton Construction Company, located 2705 N. Rapids Road, Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220-1110, more particularly described as a two-story, office building constructed of brown brick, with the signage "Vinton Construction" attached thereto in yellow; the building has an attached garage with tan aluminum siding and dark brown trim,
in the Eastern District of Wisconsin there is now concealed certain property, namely: as described in Attachment B, which is incorporated herein by reference.
which is (State one or more bases for search and seizure set forth under Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure): evidence of the commission of crimes, concerning violations of Title 15, United States Code, Section 1, and Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343.
