Pursuant to Rules 6(b) and 12(a), Fed. R. Civ. P., and Local Rule 1.10(n), Plaintiff hereby moves to extend, until February 2, 2001, the date to oppose the Motion of Defendants LSL Biotechnologies, Inc. and LSL PlantScience LLC to Dismiss the Complaint, filed on December 5, 2000. Plaintiff requests this extension in order to review the motion and prepare a response. Undersigned counsel understand that Defendants consent to this motion. A proposed form of order accompanies this motion.
