NOTICE OF CONSULTATION REGARDING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR LIMITED DISCOVERY AND REQUEST FOR IN CAMERA PROCEEDING Pursuant to this Court's Order dated February 27, 2009 and Local Civil Rule 37(E), Plaintiff's counsel hereby certifies that it conducted a good faith consultation with Defendant's counsel in an effort to resolve the issues raised in Plaintiff's Motion for Limited Discovery and Request for In Camera Proceeding.
