NOTICE REGARDING PROPOSED ACQUISITION Pursuant to Section VII(C) of the Proposed Final Judgment, the United States files this Notice advising the Court that the United States does not object to the proposed acquisition of the Cleveland Free Times assets by an entity which plans to publish the Cleveland Free Times in metropolitan Cleveland, Ohio. The Defendants have presented to the United States an Asset Purchase Agreement, dated March 10, 2003, which would transfer the Cleveland Free Times assets to FT Acquisition, LLC. The United States has investigated the proposed acquirer and, after consultation with the Attorneys General of Ohio and California, does not object to the proposed acquisition of the Cleveland Free Times assets by FT Acquisition, LLC.
