ORDER

This matter is before the Court on a motion of the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division to file the Information and all other papers in this matter, including the motion to seal and order to seal, under seal and to maintain them under seal until the defendant appears in Court to enter his plea.

For good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the Information be filed under seal and not be made public until the defendant appears in Court to enter his plea.

The Clerk of this Court shall furnish necessary filed copies of the Information to the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. No person shall disclose the filing of the Information except as necessary to secure the appearance of the defendant and his attorney at the arraignment.
