ORDER This Matter, having come before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Substituted Copies of Exhibits 2, 3, and 4 attached to Plaintiff's Supplemental Memorandum in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and It Appearing, that the Defendant has no objection to the Motion and It Appearing further, for good cause shown, that the Motion should be granted, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff is granted the right to file under seal substituted copies of Exhibits 2, 3, and 4 as attachments to Plaintiff's Supplemental Memorandum in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and the electronically-filed copies of those same Exhibits should be expunged from the record.
