Federation of Physicians and Dentists and Lynda Odenkirk Plaintiff, United States of America, requests that the Court, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 16(e)-(f), enter the proposed "Final Judgment As To The Federation of Physicians and Dentists and Lynda Odenkirk," which was lodged with the Court on June 19, 2007, after determining that entry of the proposed Final Judgment is in the public interest. The Federation of Physicians and Dentists and Ms. Odenkirk consent to this motion, as expressed in the previously filed settlement Stipulation (Dkt. Entry # 81).
