UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
EASTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN
Affidavit having been made before me by Special Agent David A. Gorr, Federal Bureau of Investigation, who has reason to believe that on the property known as:
Streu Construction Company, located 3612 Lincoln Avenue, Two Rivers, 54241-1830, more particularly described as a one story office building with a brick face 3' feet high around the entire building; the rest of the building is covered with light brown, aluminum siding with dark brown accents on the windows; in front of the building is a sign bearing the title, "Streu Construction Company,"
in the Eastern District of Wisconsin there is now concealed certain property, namely: as described in Attachment B, which is incorporated herein by reference.
I am satisfied that the affidavit establishes probable cause to believe that the property so described now concealed on the premises above-described and establishes grounds for the issuance of this warrant.
(not to exceed 10 days) the person or place named above for the person or property specified, serving this warrant; and making the search (in the daytime - 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)(at any time in the day as I find reasonable cause has been established) and if the person or property be found there to seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken, and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to James R. Sickel U.S. Magistrate Judge as required by law.
