Civil Action No. C94-1023

Hon. Michael J. Melloy

STIPULATION REGARDING DEPOSITIONS

The parties by and through their respective counsel stipulate that the ten (10) deposition limit set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(a)(2)(A) shall not preclude each side from taking (a) depositions of all persons identified by the other side as witnesses that they expect to call or may call at trial, and (b) up to seven (7) additional depositions. This Stipulation is not a waiver of any objection to a deposition for any reason other than the ten (10) deposition limit. This agreement is without prejudice to either side's seeking leave of Court to take additional depositions for good cause.
