U. S. v. China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. et al.

On August 19, 2026, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California held an initial appearance hearing in this case for the four corporate defendants, at which none of the four corporate defendants appeared.

On August 26, 2026, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California issued summonses to the following four corporate defendants in this matter:

• China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd.; 
• Shanghai Universal Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. (A/K/A Dong Fang); 
• Singamas Container Holdings Ltd.; and 
• CXIC Group Containers Co. Ltd.

These summonses order the defendants to appear before the United States District Court to answer for the offenses listed in the superseding indictment. The hearing is scheduled to take place on December 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom Number 4, at the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building & United States Courthouse located at 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612.
