ERRATA On June 27, 2003, the United States and the State of New Jersey filed with this Court their Complaint, Hold Separate Stipulation and Order, and Final Judgment in the above-noted matter, together with the United States' Explanation of Consent Decree Procedures. Page eighteen of the Complaint inadvertently referenced R. Hewitt Pate's title as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in lieu of his proper title, Assistant Attorney General. The attached Complaint corrects Mr. Pate's title in that respect. The United States respectfully requests that this newly submitted Complaint be substituted for the one originally filed earlier today.
