This Matter, having come before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Plaintiff's Reply to Defendant's Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Compliance with Plaintiff's Discovery Requests and for an Extension of Time to Conduct Jurisdictional Discovery ("Plaintiff's Reply"), and

It Appearing, upon argument of counsel and for good cause shown, that the Motion for Leave to File Plaintiff's Reply under seal should be granted,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Plaintiff's Reply is granted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Reply may be filed under seal.
