ORDER TERMINATING THE FINAL JUDGMENT ENTERED AGAINST
DEFENDANT AMERICAN WATCH ASSOCIATION, INC. AND THE FINAL
JUDGMENT ENTERED AGAINST FOOTE, CONE & BELDING, INC.

The Court having received the joint motion of Defendant American Watch Association, Inc. (“AWA”) and Defendant Foote, Cone & Belding, Inc. (“Foote”) for termination of both the Final Judgment entered against the AWA (“the AWA Final Judgment”) and the Final Judgment entered against Foote (“the Foote Final Judgment”) by this Court on March 9, 1960 in the above-captioned matter (collectively “the AWA and Foote Final Judgments”), and the United States having represented to the Court that it has no objection to the motion, and notice of the motion having been published in the Federal Register and all interested parties having been given an opportunity to submit comments concerning the proposed termination of the AWA and Foote Final Judgments, and the Court having considered all papers and comments filed in connection with this motion, and the Court finding that it is in the public interest to terminate the AWA and Foote Final Judgments, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:

That said AWA and Foote Final Judgments are hereby terminated.
