UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY
ORDER TERMINATING THE CONSENT DECREE The Court having received the motion of defendant Merck & Co., Inc. ("Merck") for termination of the consent decree entered in this case on October 6, 1945 ("Consent Decree"), and the United States having represented to the Court that it has no objection to the motion, and the Court having considered all papers filed in connection with this motion, and the Court finding that it is in the public interest to terminate the Consent Decree, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: That said Consent Decree is hereby terminated.
