Figure 1: Increases In Concentration Violate The Merger Guidelines By A Wide Margin

(1) National – approximately 1550 pre-merger and approximately 2000 post-merger;

(2) National Adjusted – approximately 1900 pre-merger and approximately 2550 post-merger;

(3) In-Region – approximately 1950 pre-merger and approximately 2450 post-merger; and

(4) Out-of-Region – approximately 2050 pre-merger and approximately 2250 post-merger.

A "guideline threshold" of about 50 points is shown between the pre and post merger levels.
