This figure shows inflation-adjusted average local monthly wireless bills in dollars for each six-month period from June of 1993 through December of 2005. The graph indicates that average monthly wireless bills fell from nearly $50 per month in June 1993 to a low point of about $37 in December 1998 before beginning to rise again steadily to a level of $50 per month by December 2005.
