Total customers (including "Oracle migrations") are shown as follows: FY03 4,997, FY05E 4,364 (13% decline), continuing with a slight decline in FY06E and FY07E, to 3,829 (23% decline) in FY08E.

PeopleSoft customers are shown as follows: FY03 4,997, FY05E 4,103 (18% decline), continuing with a slight decline in FY06E and FY07E, to 2,370 (53% decline) in FY08E.

Notes: Customers numbers shown are end of period numbers. "Oracle migrations" are customers that switch from PeopleSoft to Oracle products. Charts exclude FY04 since the July 2003 Model only provides partial year forecast for FY04.
