PeopleSoft total headcount is shown as follows: FY03 unreadable, FY05E 1,825 (78%), continuing with a slight decline in FY06E and FY07E, to 1,660 (80%) in FY08E.

J.D. Edwards total headcount is shown as follows: FY03 4,950, FY05E 1,387 (72%), continuing with a slight decline in FY06E and FY07E, to 1,223 (75%) in FY08E.
