NOTICE OF UPCOMING DEPOSITIONS IN U.S. v. MICROSOFT

WASHINGTON, D.C. Pursuant to the April 1, 1999 Order of the U.S. District Court for Washington, D.C., notice is given that the following depositions in the Microsoft antitrust trial have been scheduled:

This schedule is subject to change and will be updated as required by the Court's Order. The Order also provides that a party that notices a deposition shall provide three days notice to the press and public, but need not provide three days notice for the rescheduling of a deposition that had previously been noticed.
