FRIDAY APRIL 30 --Michael Popov, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Staff Operations of Sun Microsystems Inc. --Time: 12:30 p.m. (EDT), 9:30 a.m. (PDT) --Location: Philip Burton Federal Building U.S. Tax Courtroom, 2nd Floor, Room 2-1350 450 Golden Gate Avenue San Francisco, California This schedule is subject to change and will be updated as required by the Court's Order. The Order also provides that a party that notices a deposition shall provide three days notice to the press and public, but need not provide three days notice for the rescheduling of a deposition that had previously been noticed.
