ORDER TERMINATING FINAL JUDGMENT

The Court having received the motion of International Sign Association, the successor in interest to defendant National Electric Sign Association, for termination of the Final Judgment entered in this case on April 5, 1954, and the United States of America having represented to the Court that it has no objection to the motion, and notice of the motion having been published in the Federal Register, the Washington Post, and Signs of the Times, and all interested parties having been given an opportunity to submit comments concerning the proposed termination of the Final Judgment, and the Court having considered all papers and comments filed in connection with this motion, and the Court finding that it is in the public interest to terminate the Final Judgment, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:

That the obligations of National Electric Sign Association and its successors under the Final Judgment are hereby terminated.
