I am in private practice and support the need for expanded practice for Advanced Practice RNs. It is difficult to recruit patients who need care in a rural area if there is not expanded care paid for by insurance by a smaller clinic or provider. I have to compete with large clinics who have marketing and more support staff because their reimbursement is higher.
