Andrew Forman

Andrew Forman serves as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division with a focus on civil enforcement. 

Prior to his time with the Department of Justice, Mr. Forman was a partner in the Washington, D.C. offices of two national law firms where his practice focused on merger and conduct matters before federal, state, and foreign antitrust authorities.  Earlier in his career, he helped lead antitrust merger enforcement teams at the Federal Trade Commission and worked as a judicial law clerk.  He earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
