STREU EXHIBIT B
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY TO BE SEIZED
A. Notes, memoranda, correspondence, electronic mail messages (e-mails), reports, and other records and documentation relating to any agreements, meetings, conversations, or other communications or contacts between or among STREU CONSTRUCTION COMPANY or any of its officers or employees and any officer or employee of VINTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY or of any other company that performs highway construction work on projects within the State of Wisconsin for the period January 1, 2000 up to and including the date the search warrant is executed.
B. Bid files, estimate work sheets and other cost and profit estimate documents used to prepare bids submitted to the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation or to any other public or private bidding authority located within the State of Wisconsin for the period January 1, 2000 up to and including the date the search warrant is executed.
C. Appointment records, diaries, calendars, message logs and other documents used to record schedules, meetings, conversations or other events by or for E.J. STREU or JOHN STREU for the period January 1, 2000 up to and including the date the search warrant is executed.
D. All travel vouchers, including receipts, reimbursement forms, travel itineraries, and any other documents that record or reflect transportation, hotel, entertainment, meals or other expenses or details of the travel of E.J. STREU or JOHN STREU from January 1, 2000 up to and including the date the search warrant is executed.
E. All telephone charge and toll records, including cellular or transportable telephone records, and records of facsimile transmissions for the period January 1, 2000 up to and including the date the search warrant is executed.
F. Address books (including electronic address books, such as devices commonly referred to as electronic organizers); message logs, phone call message slips or other indicia of notation of messages and telephone numbers and calls for the period January 1, 2000 up to and including the date the search warrant is executed.
G. Any and all information or data covered by paragraphs A through F of this Exhibit that has been stored in the form of magnetic or electronic coding on computer media or media capable of being read by a computer or with the aid of computer-related equipment (hereinafter "computer media").
Computer media includes computer components, computer peripherals, word processing equipment, modems, monitors, printers, plotters, encryption circuit boards, optical scanners, external hard drives, and other computer related electronic devices. Computer media also includes floppy diskettes, fixed hard disks, removable hard disks, cartridges, tapes, laser disks, video cassettes, cassette tapes and any other media capable of storing magnetic coding, and any operating software, related instruction manuals and data security devices including passwords
H. Any and all computer media. To the extent any computer media is seized pursuant to paragraph H agents will return the computer media within a reasonable time after imaging and preserving the evidence. Agents also will make a report to the Court — every two weeks — as to the status of their efforts to image the information contained on the computer media and will provide an estimate to the Court as to when the computer media will be returned.
