Targeted Initiatives

Targeted initiatives are show on a timetable from today to 12 months out, in increments of 3 months.

1. Product/ Market (Handwritten note: Leadign Infrastructure)

1st tear - Today to 3 months: Develop detailed marketing strategy for ERP, SCM; 3 to 6 months: Develop detailed action plans by function
2nd tear - 3 to 6 months: Develop detailed marketing strategy for CRM, KM and Direct Procurement; 6 to 9 months: Develop detailed action plan by function
3rd tear - 2 to 4 months: Develop corporate marketing plan; 6 to 9 months: Develop specific marketing plans (vertical, segment, etc.)

2. Sales

1st tear - Today to 3 months: Shift account sales coverage model; 7 to 10 months: Modify coverage model to reflect new sales model
2nd tear - 1 to 3 months: Assess sales skills; 3 to 6 months: Develop training material; 6 to 9 months: Conduct sales training (Basic); 9 to 12 months: Conduct sales training (new sales model)
3rd tear - 1.5 - 3 months: Assess current sales process; 3 to 5 months: Design new sales model; 5 to 7 months: Pilot and refine model; 7 to 8 months: Develop training material

3. International

1st tear - 4 to 7 months: Develop detailed country strategy; 7 to 9 months: Develop country specific action plans

4. Consulting

1st tear - 3.5 to 6 months: Develop consulting model to meet target needs; 6 to 7 months: Assess skill gaps relative to new model; 7 to 10 months: Train/ increase skill level; 10 to 11 months: Trial and refine
