10.8 - Notice to Public

(a) Disclosure Generally Authorized

In general, action taken on a Notice of Intent to Discipline may be disclosed to the public.  See 8 C.F.R. § 1003.108(c).

(b) Lists of Disciplined Practitioners
Lists of practitioners who have been disbarred, suspended, or publicly censured are posted at the Immigration Courts, at the Board of Immigration Appeals, and on the EOIR website.  These lists are updated periodically.
