Law Students:
Law students work in our office under Externship programs wherein they receive course credit, or a school-sponsored internship program. Students gain experience researching and writing on a variety of civil and criminal legal issues and participating in case development and also have an opportunity to observe federal court proceedings.

College Students:
College students are hired as volunteers under the federal Pathways Program. This program offers temporary clerical and administrative opportunities to students who are enrolled at least half-time in an accredited college or university, graduate or professional school, vocational, or technical school. Our student volunteers assist with a variety of clerical tasks supporting a team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative support staff in our Bangor Office. The number of hours students work under these programs varies.
