Update: A change-of-plea proceeding has been scheduled before Judge Cronan for defendant Eddy Alexandre at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 10, 2023.  The proceeding will take place in courtroom 12D in the United States Courthouse located at 500 Pearl St. New York, NY 10007-1312.  You may view the operative Indictment charging Alexandre here:

Tuesday, April 11, 2023 update:

Sentencing for Eddy Alexandre has been adjourned to July 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 12D of the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007.
