The Civil Division represents the United States and Government Agencies in federal and state courts in a wide variety of defensive and affirmative cases by defending claims brought against client agencies and also by filing lawsuits on behalf of client agencies.
Zachary T. Lee, Chief
The Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting all violations of federal law. The Division is supervised by Criminal Chief Zachary T. Lee, and Deputy Chief Heather L. Carlton.
