SunTrust Mortgage HAMP Settlement Information

On July 3, 2014, SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. (“SunTrust”) and the United States Department of Justice entered into a settlement resolving a criminal investigation into SunTrust’s administration of the Home Affordable Modification Program (“HAMP”).

The Claims Administrator is notifying individuals who may be victims of SunTrust’s conduct and may be eligible for compensation under the settlement.
