Office Status and § 341 Meetings of Creditors

The § 341 meetings of creditors scheduled for December 5, 2018, in Jerome, Idaho will be conducted at the regularly scheduled times and locations. In observance of the National Day of Mourning for President George H.W. Bush, the § 341 meetings of creditors scheduled for December 5, 2018, in Pocatello, Idaho will be re-scheduled to January 10, 2019. Notice of the re-scheduled meetings of creditors in Pocatello will be served on parties in interest.

The Office of the United States Trustee will be closed on December 5, 2018, in observance of the National Day of Mourning for President George H.W. Bush.

Important Notice

Effective January 1, 2018, the location of meetings of creditors under 11 U.S.C. § 341 for the Central Division will move to:

Latah County Courthouse

Moscow, ID 83843

This location change will be reflected on 341(a) Notices for cases filed on or after November 17, 2017. The Central Division serves Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis and Nez Perce counties.

Court hearings for the Central Division will continue to be held at the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courthouse in Coeur d'Alene.

Chapter 11 Meeting Changes

April 12, 2013

Please take notice that due to budgetary issues, the United States Trustee is changing the customary locations and schedules for chapter 11 meetings of creditors under 11 U.S.C. § 341. A flexible approach will be used to minimize the impacts on debtors and other parties in interest. These changes are effective for any chapter 11 cases filed on or after April 15, 2013. Some chapter 11 meetings of creditors under 11 U.S.C. § 341 may be conducted on regular business days other than Fridays. Meetings of creditors for chapter 11 cases assigned to the Pocatello Division of the Bankruptcy Court may be conducted in Pocatello or Jerome. Meetings of creditors for chapter 11 cases assigned to the South Central Calendar (Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties) may be conducted in Jerome or Boise. Meetings of creditors for chapter 11 cases assigned to the Moscow Division will be conducted in Coeur d’Alene. Meetings of creditors for chapter 11 cases assigned to the Boise Division will continue to be held in Boise. Meetings of creditors for chapter 11 cases assigned to the Coeur d’ Alene Division will continue to be held in Coeur d’ Alene. These changes will remain in force until further notice. The locations and schedules of meetings of creditors for cases under chapters other than chapter 11 are unchanged.
