1975. Failure To Report Child Abuse

Section 2258 of Title 18, United States Code, provides that if a person, while engaged in a professional capacity or activity as described in the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 on Federal land or in a federally operated facility, learns of a potential incident of child abuse, and fails to make a timely report of this fact, that person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
