(a) Immigration Court Helpdesk

The Immigration Court Helpdesk (ICH) educates non-detained respondents about the immigration court process, aiming to help them make more informed decisions about their cases and improve the efficiency of immigration court proceedings. The ICH is not a substitute for legal representation.

(b) Immigration Court Online Resource

EOIR’s Immigration Court Online Resource (ICOR) is a web-based and mobile friendly tool that provides respondents, appellants, practitioners, and other interested parties with a centralized location for resources pertaining to immigration proceedings before EOIR.

ICOR is available in English, Spanish (Español), Chinese (中文), Portuguese (Português), Haitian Creole (Kreyòl Ayisyen), and Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ).
