I have been a lawful permanent resident for five years or more

I was not lawfully admitted to the United States

I was lawfully admitted to the United States

  • I have been convicted of an aggravated felony.
    • You may not be eligible for cancellation of removal for permanent residents. If you feel you may be eligible, you should contact an attorney or Accredited Representative who is knowledgeable about immigration law for assistance in determining your eligibility for this form of relief.
  • I have not been convicted of an aggravated felony.
